: I received all information before I arrived in to the appartment. Keys were right on the door so easily accessible. Whole flat was very comfortable.

: Location is ok. with a tram stop right by the apartment youre less that 30 min away from the center and all points of interest.
: The biggest drawback was the pillows. There were 4 sleeping pillows, all of which felt more like folded paper towels. I would strongly recommend throwing them away and getting some that are actually meant for sleeping. Event though the bathroom was clean, it mildly smelt like drain pipes until you start running the water every time we went in there. The bathroom also had a few complimentary shower gel/shampoo tubes, but lacked any basic hand soap. And even thought it has a full kitchen there was like 10 ml of dish washing liquid. I mean, sure its not that expensive to buy these things yourself, but this place is also asking for an 80 odd euro deposit, which is a bit over the top, all things considered.

: Size of the flat. Big chain store at the same building. Neat and clean. Calm atmosphere. Deposit returned on time. Comfortable stay tho..
: 1. Window handle was broken n kept down.. struggled first day with the cold night at the freezing temperature. Informed by whatapp. But no response.2. Main entrance passcode didn't work. Somehow entered when a lady came out and used the room key fob later on.

: The location, personally for me, is perfect.
: Be careful, you will be required to make a 400 zloty deposit online. Then you will have an ability to self check-in. If you dont make a deposit online, the code from the safebox will not be sent to you and you will be offered to go to another part of the Warsaw city to make a cash deposit.And in case of cancellation, the prepaid amount will not be refunded to you.1) The owner can be hacked and a phishing link will be sent to you. This happened to me a month before arrival.2) Despite the fact that the owner was hacked, 2 days before arrival, I received a link again and was told to pay the deposit. All my comments that according to the rules of booking, it is not worth clicking on external links were ignored by both the owner and, as a result, by the support of booking.com. My questions about who can confirm that the link is not phishing, they wrote to me that "I can confirm that this link sent from us". And they wrote it to me where they sent a phishing link a month ago.As a result, at my own risk, I made the deposit via the link. And I was lucky, the link was real. But you may not be lucky.3) The apartment is in terrible condition. The doors are chipped, the walls are scuffed and scratched, the handles in the doors and windows are hanging out.
