  : I arrive outside the property in the cold whilst holding my luggage confused where the reception is. I had to stand outside the gate and wait for people to walk by to ask them where the office is. Eventually some man told me to walk behind the Hilton hotel on some street at the next left and some building called Platinum residence. They could have saved me time and stress by telling me where the offices were initially. Staff at reception and manager was very rude. I had to leave the next day as my mother back in the UK got in a serious car accident. They refused to be understanding and refund me for the remaining nights. I even asked them to meet me half way and at least refund me for 2 nights and they refused. I asked to speak to the manager at the reception, his name is Marcin Krzemein. The staff in the office called him and their conversation didnt last more than 7 seconds as the staff member smirked, hanged up the phone and said sorry, we cant give you a refund. I wanted to speak to the manager and they lied that he was busy and told me to email him. I emailed him and only got ignored. I understand if there is non refund policies however every situation is unique and I have all the proof to show that I left the next day. They should be understanding as it was not my fault that I had to leave for a family emergency and should have refunded me for the days I was not there. They just prioritised money over customer service and its very greedy. -10/10 will never use their services again.
