  : The location is very good near the bus and tram stations. The area is quiet.
  : Unfortunately, it wasnt very clean, especially kitchen.

  : Everything was clean, the fernitures were new and full of things you might need in the kitchen, the bed was comfy. The TV has many channels and Wifi worked well.
  : the staff there is not so nice, se was quite rude when I called asking how to get to the place.

  : I like my stay. Lots of private space, I had personal kitchen with oven and staff, washing mashine, good bathroom and vacuum to clean up facility during my 8 days stay. Also, they have private balcony and garden.
  : It was not clean enough, however, I called house keeper and they cleaned. Not sure where the bin is and washing mashine was broken. Anyway good choise

  : The location was good
  : There are ants in the property. Plenty of them. I tried to contact the office but apparently communication is not their strongest trait. I had no choice but to stay there so I bought an insect powder. Unfortunately the problem is too serious and it didnt help. If you like the feeling of flying ants on your skin when you sleep, then you can try. On top of that, the apartment wasnt clean, I found hair in the shower (photo attached). Also, the only bed is just a sofa bed and its super uncomfortable. Ive seen many rental properties in my life but this was just the worst. The apartment and the customer service is below any acceptable standards.

  : After a lot of back of forth with a door code, I eventually got in. There were 3 enterances, i had to figure out first myself. I do not think the people who run this apartment have ever been there as they did know there were 3 enterances.
  : The fact that I had to pay a deposit and up to now, it still has not been refunded. The flat did not have a microwave and the washing machine did not work, the heater only heated part of the room.... the whole trip was a disaster.

  : Good location. Wifi is ok.
  : The apartment is very dirty (dirty toilet, dirty tableware, someone's nails and hair everywhere, dusty floor). Once I reported the issue, the host called for the cleaning lady who cleaned the toilet and nothing else. Since that moment the host started ignoring me and never responded again. Not enough paper towels, just 1 small trash bag for 4 people for a 3-nights stay. They have a washing machine but don't provide any detergents to be able to use it. Could be very lovely place if it was clean and if the host would not disappear.
