  : Good location
  : I checked into Tower A and the person there was so rude. I was told to call the J&K number for check-in and when I said the roaming on my phone wasn't working she didn't allow me to use the phone at reception. I went over to Tower B luckily where the receptionist was lovely and let me use that phone. I did also get an apology from the staff who mentioned that the reception staff did not belong to their company.

  : - Location - Easy check-in/check-out - Living room and kitchen were nice - Overall it was good but seems like not worth the money
  : - Shower is extremely weird (the shower hose is too short, and when you mount the shower head to the wall, it becomes stretched across the bathtub like a bowstring from one wall to another) - No furniture in the bedrooms. It would be nice to have at least a chair to throw your clothes and other stuff on.

  : Location was great, quite a walk to old town but we like walking! We stayed here because my daughter is renting here. Overall we were really pleased with the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, plenty of room for 6 adults. One of the cleanest and most comfortable apartments I've stayed in. I was really pleased with the management and communication. Downstairs there is a supermarket and restaurants, but also lots of others available in the vicinity. Good transport links nearby if you don't fancy walking. Fantastic base when visiting Warsaw ( which we have fallen in love with!)
  : -No balcony as portrayed in the picture which is obviously generic to the apartment block and not what you may get. -The bathroom/ensuite doors being mirrored glass were fine with the lights off but very revealing if you showered/toilet with the lights on. we had to be very clear with each other that we were going to the bathroom lol. But my daughter in the same block had normal doors so guess its just luck of the draw which apartment you get. No problem for us, we just laughed about it but may be for some!!

  : Great location and good working air-conditioning. Plus for big TV.
  : Apartment itself was kind of disappointing. Walls and floor are very damaged, also cleanliness didn't meet our standards. Functionality is questionable as well, many things didn't make sense there and water leaks while taking a shower. Place requires renovation to get it's full potential back!

  : The apartment was fabulous! Clean, spacious, modern. Having the little kitchen was a plus. We felt safe in a busy neighborhood.
  : We would have rather stayed nearer to the old part of town. Not much to do around, though there was a little market and some restaurants in the building.
