  : Old, not clean enough hotel. No air condition, no fridge, dirty towels, dust, dirty carpet in the room. Bathroom not clean enough. Everything needs renovation.

  : The room was clean and I liked that there was fee fresh bottled water.
  : I didnt like the service, the receptionist in particular. I spent the night 27-28 May, unfortunately I dont know her name. This was the rudest reception Ive ever met. She talked to me as if I was not a guest but an enemy. I had a very stressful trip before checking in and just wanted to have a shower and go to bed. But I couldnt do this because it was extremely stuffy in the room, I was sweating and did feel well. I attempted to open the window but I couldnt, and there was not any ventilation or air conditioning. When I came up to the reception and told her about this problem, she told me like this was just a 2 stars hotel. that I should have learned the information about the hotel from the internet. Really, what did I want? I told that I just needed fresh air. Thanks God she went to my room and managed to open the window. But I still couldnt sleep well and my mood was ruined.Even if you are a 2 stars hotel you still have to respect your customers!P.S. the TV set did not work either, I didnt need it, but it was another unpleasant fact.

  : This is very simpe 2 star hotel with old facilities, but same time worth to admire hotel's efforts on keeping it very clean and serving a very good breakfast. Great connection to airport and Mokotow. Mind the closeness to the airport if you need silence for sleeping, otherwise it is going to be noisy.
