  : The man at the reception was the rudest person I met. First of all, I requested an early check-in at 12:00 via booking and the hotel accepted it for additional 150 zł, which is reasonable, but when I arrived, the receptionist refused to check me in until 16:00, I showed the messages from the hotel that we agreed on early check-in but he continued being very rude and treated me like I am stupid. Then, he just started ignoring me. After some time, he agreed to check me in but said it’s only cash, which WAS NOT specified anywhere. I suggested to pay via card on booking, he refused and made another problem. Only after I lost my temper and gave him the same attitude he got a female manager, who solved all problems in a minute, checked me in and gave a terminal to pay. That man should not be working with people.

  : It was very close to the location I wanted to visit.
  : Staff was rude.I was over charged .my original booking was for 500 but I was charged 600.I raised the issue with booking.com and they still have not responded back.There were no toiletries only hand wash and upon inquiring was asked to use that as shower gel.
