  : - Recently built (2019?) modern 16 stores building- Small but comfortable apt with balcony on the 3rd floor- Great underground parking
  : - Finding the right (and unoccupied) parking was a real quest. Instruction provided and the host (rental agency) was useless. Good luck finding it in the underground labyrinth :) (hint: they have several spaces with the same numbers - hence the comments about the occupied space)- For us (a couple staying for 6 nights) there were two large towels provided and just one small hand towel. When I wrote and asked to bring one more missing towel I was refused! There were also no kitchen towel provided.- Its a second time Im renting an apt from Renters and the same story repeats. They say they cannot charge my visa card via Booking and ask me to enter my card directly into their system. Pretty sure by doing so they avoid paying the commission to Booking.- When we arrived the apt was not ready (being cleaned), while they have explicitly asked about our arrival time and we came 1 hour later (at 4pm).- The apt was smelling like a dirty rag when we entered.- Cleaning equipment was left right in front of the balcony door.- Some dirty laundry was occupying the main shelves in the closet.
