  : it was a nightmare interacting with this property. The phone service doesnt work there only only endless prerecorded questions options, etc.I have received about 20 (literally) different interactions such as emails messages in the booking app and SMSes with different information, and you have to read all of them in case you might miss some thing, complete nonsense and lack of respect of my time. The payment process was equally frustrating unlike fast majority of hotels they dont use in build booking process, which is flawless. Instead, they require filling up additional forms and providing card details on their own website.
