  : when we got into the apartment we realized that the main lock of the apartment wasnt working. After a lot of effort to contact the manager they responded that we had to sleep with the door wide open and they would solve the problem the next day. We felt really unsafe because anyone could enter inside the apartment. The next day the technician came but he was unable to fix the lock and he asked the manager to change us apartment. In the evening and after a lot of complaints to the manager because he didnt responded to our request they offered us two small rooms for two persons each in completely different locations. We explained that this solution did not work for us because we are a family with 2 underage children. In the end they did nothing and we stayed 3 nights with furniture behind the door to prevent anyone from entering. It is reasonable to face that kind of problems but the way that they handled it was at least awful.This experience was not only unacceptable but dangerous too.

  : This property is a very close walk to Zachodnia train station and as I was returning to Australia, was a fantastic location for us. The room was small but well equipped.

  : Apartments have a good location near the centre. Easy check-in/check-out via a code lock. Has online support but it's kinda useless and slow. Internet is OK and stable.
  : The dishwasher broke 5 times during the stay, every time I wrote to support it takes a few days until some actions were undertaken, so during 1 month of stay, I used dishwater 3 times and another time it was broken. Apartments have online support but It's useless because answers can take hours. Apartments have an old TV with a tv-box that has only Polish TV, no Youtube, no Netflix. Garbage is rarely taken out due to the fact mountains of garbage and a terrible stench accumulate near the entrance. There was active construction of a building opposite our windows so it was noisy early in the morning also a lot of dust comes from it.

  : Apartment equipment, overall building quality.
  : The air conditioning wasnt working. Nobody repaired it during over two weeks' stay despite clearly reporting to the owner issue.There is a construction site near the building, noisy from early morning till late night.The building area is unsafe because of a colonial building next door and an unpleasant noisy, drunk society that stays on the street.That makes the place not proper if safety is your priority. Be careful with Renters. Thanks to a specific method of their info line, they are easy to contact if you need to book your stay, but somewhat hard to reach in a case of any trouble.
