  : - wrong code from the door, not able to call or chat with the owner. just because it was a Saturday. - owner does not speak Russian, only English, but on booking, they are marked as they are.

  : They help a large deposit on my card, which is still on hold. They also charged a cleaning fee completely out of line with other apartments in Warsaw.

  : Communication was excellent. There were some technical issues with the apartment I booked, but I was offered an alternative similar in class. The location is quiet despite being close to major communication magistrals. There is a lot of dining options around. The building is new and in the good district.

  : We like that the place is near the new financial/commercial district of Warsaw (the Hub). The place is a 30-minute, nice walk to downtown Warsaw (Palace of Culture and Science). The place had the essentials a small-sized family needs :)
  : P&O Serviced Apartments required us to follow a payment procedure different from the one announced on Booking.com, which says: "No prepayment is needed. You'll pay during your stay." This is not true because the property obliged us to pay not only the accommodation fees but also a compulsory deposit that was not announced anywhere until you book the place and can't cancel. On Booking.com, it is announced that "Booking.com will only charge your card in case of a late cancellation or no-show. Your card details are stored securely and won't be shared with the property, so please bring your preferred payment method during your stay." Well the property imposes a payment method through their website in which you must enter you credit card details to pay the accommodation fees and a compulsory deposit of 500 PLN, without which they will not send you the details to get into the apartment. I've been pressured to pay using this method, which I, initially, was reluctant to do. Then, I proceeded to pay the accommodation fees on Booking.com, but they kept sending me the same standard message asking me to electronically pay the deposit on a link provided by them! While on Booking.com they falsely announce that "a damage deposit of PLN 500 is required ON ARRIVAL." To get back the deposit, you must wait 5 to 7 days!On Booking.com, they also announce that "Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in." This did not happen, either! Once, I payed the requested fees and deposit, I received information to enter the apartment, including a code to open the door to the building, but nothing worked. The security guard opened the door for us! At the apartment door, we couldn't open the black box containing the key because the code was wrong, again! I later received a new code!Another misleading announcement on Booking.com is that the property had free parking! There is none!
