  : Easy check-in, great location in the old town, lots of restaurants right on the same street. Easy to go everywhere. For the children, the loft was a nice place to sleep.
  : The stairs to the loft were REALLY steep. Not suitable for small children or the elderly.

  : Very nice appartement and the location is great. It's a little bit noisy because it's right in the heart of the old town, but when you close the windows, you don't here practically anything of this noice. So we slept well.
  : I didn't have WIfi on my arival. It took me tree calls and two days in order to get it. There was a problem with network. After they repared it, wifi was functionning well.

  : The location is really good.
  : The apartment was not clean, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment and in the hallway, the bathroom had stains, the hair dryer was too small, Wifi didn't work at all.

  : The apartments are really in the center! That's where the good stuff ends!
  : The apartment is really in the center, there is no air conditioning. At night you will have a choice: open the window for coolness and hear all the delights of a Warsaw street at night, or close the window and be quiet, but sweaty. There was no toilet paper, no towels, no napkins, and in the morning it turned out that the hair dryer did not work. There were no towels for the body, hands and feet either. The child crawled under the bed and came out covered in dust and dirt, the mattresses and beds were terrible ((( It is impossible to reach managers by phone, only in writing. The missing items and equipment were delivered the next evening. For the inconvenience caused to us, they asked for a late check-out from the apartment (not at 11.00, but at 14.30-15.00), to which they sent the answer that it costs 240 zlotys.
