  : The only thing worth mentioning is good localization in the center of Warsaw. It is rather cheap as well.
  : This is a very poor quality apartment and it definitely should be renovated. A number of detailed issues: 1 One door lacked door handle 2 Walls were dirty and greasy in some places 3 The kettle for boiling water was broken, the handle gets burning-hot very quickly and it is easy to harm yourself. 4 The dishwasher is placed above the fridge with almost no access to it (really??) 5 the bathroom was a disaster - worn and dirty. toliet seat was torn off, the washbasin was ridiculously small with water not flowing down and no plug. the door to bathroom got stuck very easily, almost impossible to open by children. 6 In the main room there is a shortage of powerpoints by the bed so either you have wifi or night lamp or you charge your phone... 7. Finally, the deposit system for such apartment is silly. Also, I was not returned immediately after checkout - I had to remind them over a week later to return the deposit!

  : The location was great as it was right at the start line or the marathon and close to the old town
  : On the first morning when we were leaving the door handle came off leaving us in a panic to get out, after 20-30mins we managed to get out. I meassaged them as i didn't see a number, i got a reply while i was out but then nothing. Having no way of locking or opening the door it was a fire and safety hazard and they didn't seem to care. We ended up lockign the door and no more to ensure we could get out and had to put the dinning room chairs in front of the door. There was also broken glass on the kitchen floor, the apparement was in need of some care with curtains missing (letting the day light in and the whole apparment smelt of damp

  : The location of the flat was perfect, also the rooms are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped.
  : Despite of the fact we have reserved a baby cot and it was confirmed, it was not provided and when we requested it after our arrival, staff contact didn't even bother much to resolve our problem. The only thing he continued to tell was "office finisz work" and "you did not pay for the cot so we do not provide". With a 11 month old baby it was kind of disturbing and unfair. Even though Booking has confirmed previously that we will have a cot and can pay for it at the accommodation. Even though we have sent an email previously to the accommodation to confirm our cot reservation and they did not even bother to reply to this email as well. Not a good service provider behaviour. Our nights were not easy, this made our staying there angry and discomforted. They should check what they confirm via Booking I guess. Long story short, hopefully other people will not have the same issue there.
