  : 1. The apartment is quite well equipped - washing machine, laundry drier, ironing equipment, dishwasher. 2. WiFi works well. 3. Quite good location.
  : 1. We had to spend two nights in bed in our own clothes which was very uncomfortable. This was because the bed was dirty and stinking. The pillows were stinking with people's greasy hair like they were not washed for a long time and they had a lot of stains. The pillows we found in the cabinet were stinking as well. 2. There were multiple white stains on the dark blue bed cover. They looked like people bodily fluids. There was also a lot of hair including hair looking like pubic hair on the duvets after removing the sheets from them. We found also hair on and under the bedsheet. This was simply disgusting experience. 3. We communicated the problems to the company and they sent the cleaning service. The person that visited our apartment had no idea what to clean. She gave us the pillows and duvets from another couch. Unfortunately, they were in similar condition - the pillows and duvets had stains on them. One of the duvets was also ripped and had some wholes in it. They should be simply thrown away, not offered to the guests. 4. The couch in the living room did not look as in the pictures. It had signs of strong wear for a couple of years and multiple damages. The couch material peeled off in multiple places. There was a stain on the outside part of it and also on the inside part of it (after unfolding the couch). It should be thrown away and not offered to the guests. 5. The kitchen table was not cleaned when we arrived, it had some dried stains on it. Additionally, the table top and table legs has multiple clippings. 6. The kitchen utensils, cooking pots and frying pan were not well cleaned with multiple stains as presented on the pictures sent before, which was disgusting and we had to clean them before use. 7. There is only one big cabinet in the apartment, but it is also used to store vacuum cleaner, laundry drier and ironing equipment. The only shelf is used to store spare pillows, so you can hang some of your clothes here but nothing more.

  : New fresh apartment with a great balcony and in a good location. Bright and sunny, has everything you need for a short stay. Easy to check-in and check-out.
  : Communication via email only, phone number refers to email again. Coffee machine didn't work for me, not sure what was the issue there. There is a washing machine, but it would be good to add a few laundry capsules. You can hear your neighbours a bit, but it didn't bother me.
