: The over all facility was good But our room was the 2nd bedroom of a suite. Small and only a sink in the bathroom They simply put a microwave on a. counter. One cup two teaspoons odd stuff for kitchen dishes. Very little places to put things. Decorated by the dollar store!

: The area where is located the building is ok
: This is a false advertisement this is not an apartment is barely a master room, the posted pics make it look bigger, the features they offered as the bathroom having a hot tub and more. The WIFI wasn't reliable and caused me financial lost due the many days not been able to work on my laptop. Angela the property manager only came one time to resolve some of the issues like stuck balcony door which prevent me to enjoy that area for over a day, The worst part is that wasn't the only time I have issues with the property and Angela was very rude and didn't resolve any further issues, affirming that everything was working when it wasn't. Only offer me a partial refund that wasn't sufficient so I did have to stay but need it to extend my staying in the island to finish my work in another Hotel, costing me more time & money. The cleaning fee is $150 for a room this size is outrageous plus they required from the guest to clean everything including taking garbage out, that this fee only include washing linens and towels, which to be honest didn't smell fresh washed at all. No wonder this place is very filthy and not well set up, due to the small size the 2 seat sofa obstructed the AC flow as well as the curtains so if you open the twin sofabed (dirty and stained)you need an extra AC that they rent, door frames are done in raw pine wood without paint which make the place look rundown and poorly maintained. It was a horrible experience overall.
