  : Pictures in the listing are nothing like what you get. They give you much smaller rooms, dingy, unhygienic and with no view even though we picked a room with a view. There is no direct reception desk or maintenance staff - they manage the property with assistance from reception at a sister property. So the sister property couldn't care less about your needs. There is nothing I liked. There were dirt marks in towels we got. Listing had a king bed - but when you go there you realize they have only twin beds - and very very small ones at that - kid size. They promise a view in listings - but in reality you will have to hover over the balcony with a binocular to find a glimpse of the view. We booked this place for my birthday and it was the worst place we stayed at with Booking.com. After complaining for 3 days, they offered to upgrade when there was only hours left for us to pack and leave. The worst part is that even when I complained all this to Booking.com multiple times - no action was taken from Booking.com or the property itself.
  : Run away. The worst in booking.com. Unhygienic, creepy, dingy and the place is absolutely nothing like the pictures.

  : Location is great! We had room on fourth floor and view was amazing.
  : Wasn't clean, we even found dry cockroach in one of the cabinets, no Wifi, beach chairs were old, dirty, and rusty, umbrella is very small and cheap.

  : The only good thing about this condo was the location. It is right in the heart of Kihei and is close to a number of fantastic beaches. My particular unit was on the top floor with a partial view of the ocean. The staff were also nice enough.
  : The unit I stayed in was extremely outdated. I could see from the pictures that there are a mix of old and renovated units, but there doesn't appear to be a way to tell which you'll get. I wouldn't have minded had it been maintained. But the entire backs of the curtains were covered in grime. The electric stove emitted an awful smell. The sliding door in the bedroom was stuck closed. The a/c isn't powerful enough to cool the whole condo quickly. It took 3 days of constant running before the condo finally reached a comfortable temp. Because the a/c is only in the living room, you must sleep with the bedroom doors open to maintain a cool temp - not ideal if you are traveling with multiple people and would like privacy (which the glass sliding doors to the living room don't offer anyway). The pull out couch was horrendous - mattress was extremely thin, there were significant dips in the bed, and you could feel every spring. The furniture looks to be from the 80s, and I'm pretty sure that was the last time that mattress was replaced as well. The TVs are old and 1 didn't work. The toilet smelled like urine from the get go and the bathroom shelves hadn't been wiped down. The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned since the last guests, leaving me to wonder whether anything else had been.I had to contact the staff multiple times in order to get any issues resolved. I noted that there would be 4 people staying in the condo. I was provided with 3 bath towels, 2 pool towels, and 1 thin blanket. I called to request more, and they asked me exactly how many linens I had before they would provide anymore. I asked for additional pillows too as there were only 4 on the bed, with none for the pull out. They told me to use 2 from the bed for the sofa and refused to provide more. I also asked them to open the safe, which they never did. And it took 3-4 calls before they finally provided the access cards you need to get into the building after...
