  : Like any 5 starts hotel, excellent interior and modern hotel, rooms are outstanding and space is excellent.
  : we booked a premium studio for 2 adults @308 Euro which was prepaid including taxes/night. then we changed the plan and accompanied our 2 daughters. When we arrived we asked the staff that we need to add them for breakfast, and we will manage the 1 night stay in the same room. No one from staff informed us any thing about the charges.When I was mentioning booking.com they were telling me this is your issue with booking, here we have our rates!!During the checked out, they asked me to pay additional 393 Euro for the 2 kids!!, the lady in the reception was not sure of what us that and she called her manager (Chef), who did not support and they were just insisted me to pay and started threatening they will call the police. i asked them to bring the police, and after the police came, the lady realized that there was an issue in the system and asked me to pay 130 Euro; though it is still too much for 2 kids breakfast (supposed to be 21 Euro for adult), but I paid as i dont want to waste Policemen time more.I will resort to the law to claim my rights and dignity, after being delayed from my appointments and embarrassed in front of others. Firstly, I will liaise with Booking on this.

  : Perfect location, great pool and spa, extremely helpful staff and great restaurant - it is perfect that restaurant is available whole day on breakfast, lunch, afterlunch snacks and at the dinner time. Rooms are perfectly made and everything is hi-quality material.
  : I want to underline that our stay was GREAT but also I will be very critical, because it is 5* hotel and if it costs 1500 EUR for 3 nights (with food) offseason, it is only fair to be hard. There is no english breakfast on the breakfast menu, this is for me unacceptable in 5* hotel. Rooms are very hot for sleeping, maybe it is a personal preference but definitely over 24 degrees, which I think will be too much for most men :) I have also noticed that some glasses in restaurant were lightly broken on the drinking sides, which happened at least twice so definitely staff in kitchen should keep an eye on this. Bar have mediocre selection of alcohol and no bartender to make more complicated drinks, but ALSO the greatest schnapps in all of Austria.
