  : The location was good, walking distance to the slopes. Part of the staff were really nice and helpful and knew english. There was a dedicated heated room where you can leave the ski equipment.
  : The breakfast was not so good. You couldn't choose what to eat, each day we received something cooked. One of the days we received some salami sandwich without alternative, so if someone doesn't eat meat there is no choice. Coffee was not included in the breakfast, you had to pay for it and we received exactly one tea. They didn't clean the room or change the towels until we asked them to. After we asked, we received new towels but they still didn't clean the room. There was also a weird smell on the hallway, probably because of the cleaning issue. Each evening the front door was locked at a certain hour, so if you were planning to stay out longer you had to announce the staff. Another odd thing was related to the second payment, we agreed on a price in euro via mail and when we arrived there they asked for more. In the end we payed the agreed price because we had a friend who knew the language and convinced them.

  : Nice location next to the ski area. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was fair but it was without coffee included. The host is very friendly and the check-in is from 2:00 pm, so if you arrive a little bit earlier you need to wait.
  : The only bad thing is the noise from other rooms.

  : The staff was friendly. Very hot water in the shower.
  : I upgraded my room with a fireplace through booking and paid more, but when Ive arrived there was no such thing. One of the normal rooms that my friends took, looked much better that mine. No menu in English, only ukrainian. I had to use Google translate understand it.

  : The staff is kind and supportive, but no one speaks English. The beds are very soft.
