  : Nice hotel with responsive staff. We had a room in the attic. Very quiet and comfortable room. The room has a refrigerator, TV, good WiFi. There are all shower accessories. The hotel has a good location. At the bottom of the street there is a supermarket, a currency exchange point. One kilometer to the center and attractions. Parking by the hotel.

  : Good value for the money for a family suite. It was clean and comfortable.
  : The road leading to the hotel is narrow and steep just like most places in Bukovel.I wish they would have told us the sauna was unavailable the night of our booking because it would have been handy for my old bones after skiing The reviews of the food was really good but I found the food to be normal not exceptional.The radiator made a loud sound all the time so my son didn't sleep well but it was quite in the bedroom.

  : amazing deal for a good price. Close enough to walk to the lifts if you dont mind the hill

  : The room was clean and spacious. And it was close to the attractions and restaurants. We arrived one day earlier and the staff was flexible enough to give us a room. We also liked the sauna and the swimming pool at the hotel.
  : To begin with, we planned to work a little at the hotel, thats why the main criterion was the quality of the internet. The internet was so horrible that we werent even able to open social networks let alone the other websites. So, we had to pay extra money to use mobile internet.Besides there was an accident with electricity. I touch the light switch in the bathroom and it hit me! The reaction of the receptionist was quite confusing. They checked the lamp immediately and might have fixed it - we didnt check. But nobody apologised.As for the food, we needed to go to the neighbouring restaurant to have a meal. Thats fine, but it wasnt mentioned in the description of the hotel. We did enjoy the lunches, but the breakfasts were quite monotonous - 80% of the options we could order were eggs. Also we had a conflict with restaurant. My wife ordered a cake, and having eaten a half of it we understood that it had been burned. The reaction of the staff was quite confusing too. They took the rest of the cake and we had been waiting for the bill for a half an hour. We had to go, thats why I told we would pay for the cake. They simply brought us the bill. And nobody apologised againAlso the parking was quite small.

  : There was no opportunity to boil the water for coffee in rooms and also there were minor issues with materials: at first, we didnt have enough bedclothes and toilet paper and we had to request them additionally
