: Very good communication with the very helpful owner. Modern, beautiful apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Great balcony with a nice view but unfortunately we couldn't use it due to the weather.

: the kitchen was poorly equipped (no coffee maker, no knifes). The dripping water noise in the toilet was very annoying. Also if you are planning to stay there over the weekend you need to be prepared for a very loud parties nearby on Saturday night. You can hear the neighbors watching TV. The apartment is small and pretty dark, but has lovely balcony from where you have the sea view.

: The apartment is very new, located around 6km south of Vlore. Family business, the owner and his family are amazing and made things very comfortable for our arrival and during our stay, they replied very fast to our questions and helped with booking taxis, providing information etc .. They provided all sort of toiletries as well as dishwashing liquid, sponge, however there was not dishwasher or oven in the apartment as stated in the web. A couple of kitchen appliances more will help, such as spatula, cutting board, but the kitchen is functional., eating out is also very affordable. Pay attention to the swimming pool section as it is not located in the apartment but in a Luxury resort and has an additional cost of 20 EUR/day/person which will increase the cost of your stay. The apartment has a cozy balcony, you can see the sun going down. Around 5 min walk by the Kalaja Restaurant there is the entrance to a private beach which is a very special highlight of the area ! To go to Vlore you need a ride., but there are a couple of restaurants near by (walking distance) with an amazing selection of Albanian food and others. Thank you !
: The only down side was the fact of having to pay to enter the swimming pool as we thought it was in the apartment, we visited only once, as it costs 20 eur a day per person, if you calculate the additional cost a week then it can get expensive.
