: It was a very nice room. Driving distance to Vlore. No beach close by due to construction.
: The WiFi went out and I couldnt pay for my massage that I had scheduled 4 days prior, on my last day of vacation. I showed up, it didnt work, the wifi came on less than 10 min later. I went back and they had given my spot away. A fancy hotel like this should have a backup plan. I was furious. I wanted to end my vacation with a nice massage and I didnt get it. Put a bad end to my trip.

: It is nothing like in the pictures and the promotion was very misleading. The staff were not at all accommodating to support you with your queries. The location was not good at all.

: I tried to book a relaxed 2 days for my family but all we had was aggravation. When my family got there none of my debit nor credit cards didnt work. The facility system didnt allow. I used 4 cards none worked. I was paying from USA. My family was forced to pay cash when they got there because of it. The breakfast was horrible and staff didnt know how to smile. They were told to choose only one thing for breakfast. Either cornflakes pancakes not both. If breakfast is included your staff shouldnt force people to choose. Very bad taste of the whole experience
