Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children ages 5 and older are allowed.
Children 5 years old stay for UAH 200 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children from 5 years old to 17 years old stay for UAH 500 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 5 years old and over stay for UAH 200 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Apartments Arhitektora Artynova in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of UAH 1000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that the property will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. Prepayment should be made within 2 days before check-in date. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred.

Please note that every child stays at 50 UAH surcharge per person per night.
