  : * contactless check-in and out, very simple and clear instructions * it's indeed a pet-friendly place, we brought our cat with us, no issues with that and no additional fees * 200+ TV channels in various languages * beautiful long balcony with 2 entrances - from the bedroom and the living room * stylish planning * shower gel * despite toilet paper & paper towels were initially missing, the host delivered them later on * working hairdryer * electric towel dryer in the bathroom
  : * general hygiene: visually the flat looked clean, however in the bathroom there was someone's used razor with hairs, the glass for toothbrushes was dirty inside, in the dishwasher there was a load of dirty dishes, hence we had to buy disposable tableware as there were almost no clean dishes left; the sofa had stains, under the sofa our cat found a piece of old dried bread * the flat absorbed the smell of cigarette smoke * no coffee/tea * kitchen lights were blinking * communication with the host: it felt like 2 different people were communicating with us, the punctuality: the host promised to deliver paper towels & toiler paper before 5, yet did it at ~6:20; when we asked regarding the dishwasher - as the old dirty dishes from previous guests were really bothering us, so we were at least ready to run the dishwasher ourselves - the host answered they don't know where to find dishwasher tablets and did not offer any other solutions * no kitchen towel, only 2 towels were given for 2 people (so just 1 per person) * the water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, it was hard to regulate the crane the way you can have the water of a normal temperature

  : very beautiful apartment, a lot of space, all necessary items, good location
  : cleanliness could be improved for the water heating machine in the kitchen and for the pillows

  : Convenient location near the airport for late arrivals. It was easy to get the keys. There was a good grocery store in the same house. The apartment had a spacious balcony.
  : The room was too warm. There was no air conditioning.
