  : Great thing about this place is the location,close to Central Bus station , if you go for a short walk, there's lots of bars and restaurants around, so no problem to get a dinner, even if it's very late and cleanliness of the room was really good and fresh. Even though the room itself was very small, the bed was very comfortable.
  : Unfortunately the customer service was a disappointment, I arrived after check-in desk was closed, and instructions on my phone, nor in app messages or email wouldn't load, because I had no internet. Upon calling the customer support they weren't helpful, didn't even try to help me to access the property, just told me to call Booking.com and hang up.I booked last minute, because my flight was delayed, so I needed place to stay, and property advertising itself as 24 hour self check in available, which is true, but you need to make sure you have all the instructions before hand, because if you arrive after 19:00 , they just won't help you over the phone.So I did call Booking.com and they were helpful, by resending instruction email to me, but I still walked around for a while at 23:00 at night , looking for the place that I can connect to wi-fi to read the instructions, how to get in. And all of this after an 12 hour bus ride. So it was very unpleasant experience. At the end of the day , customer support, could have at least told me wi-fi password, so I could connect to the Internet, right then and there. If sending instructions as an sms or helping me over the phone is not an option .I travel a lot, so I obviously figured it out. But I wouldn't advice to come here to a person, arriving after 19:00 and who is not very confident and needs assistance. You won't get it here.
