  : The older Indian looking guy made us feel very uncomfortable. He would stare at my girls so hard to the point of them not wanting to go get breakfast. I spent four nights and didn’t receive room service not even once since being there. Pool was closed and that was a huge disappointment because I chose that hotel because of the pool.

  : The lady at the counter when we arrived was very nice and friendly.
  : When we arrived at the hotel at 9:15 pm the lady at the counter asked if we had been notified that they had no Hot Water. She said she could cancel our reservation for a complete refund. It was 9:15 pm and after driving 9 hours we just wanted to sleep. She gave us a 10% discount. We did not stay for breakfast. Since the building did not have hot water I was a little apprehensive about having breakfast there. The lady stated that the Hot Water had been an issue for several days. When we got to the room it appeared clean. In the bathroom, there was a dirty washcloth under the vanity on the floor.

  : I absolutely loved the rooms and the way they were set up! It was very clean and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable! Although we brought our own they did have dove shampoo, conditioner, and lotion pump bottles in the shower, which I thought was a great idea in case someone forgot theirs. They had a great selection for breakfast! The manager was very helpful when we were not informed they do not accept our card type, and helped us with check in.
  : Upon check in we were not told the pool was closed due to maintenance. It was closed for our 3 day trip. There was a safe for personal items, but the lady at the counter did not know how to get it open. The man that was cleaning up/restocking breakfast was rude, and seemed frustrated with the guests. They do not accept cash app cards in case you need to know that!

  : The location was great, had lots of things around.
  : The elevator was so hot inside, you felt like you were outside inside the elevator. The pool was green, leaves were everywhere, couldn’t see the bottom. On vacation in a hot state and you can’t use the pool.

  : I could not get in my room when I first got there. I went twice unsuccessful the clerk said the room need batteries so she gave me another room. The pool was not working. Could not get the blinds down for all the light coming in the room. Hotel was very crowded with kids must had been some sports tournament. So the common area was loud and occupied with kids.
