  : Didn't discover there was a $100 deposit, no cash accepted until upon arrival. And if credit card is used for deposit it will take up to 10 days to be reimbursed.
  : The cost of deposit was more than room cost ,and I didn't understand due to the fact it was a smoking room,and me being a gold member..

  : Front desk staff was not pleasant, charged of $100 security fee not disclosed on booking site, room had a musty odor like it has been wet and is moldy, matress was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Quality of breakfast was poor

  : The location was great, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The check-in clerk was friendly. The bed was nice to sleep on.
  : The smell in the room was humid. Candle and our spray helped that. 2 sheets had black stains on them. Made us feel uncomfortable. We didn't have an iron in the morning. We asked for one and were told to come to the lobby to get it. I get there, fresh out the shower, and there wasn't one there. The clerk and I went to the Lenin room, and the clerk there was folding towels and was not helpful. She refused to get one from another room because then that room would be out . They proceeded to fuss about who has the right to make decisions. Then I was told to go to my room. About 2 min later, I had one. There is too much drama there.

  : Bath tub was dirty ( dirt ring around tub and soap scum on tub walls) door handles and light switches were filthy, thankfully I bring my own cleaning supplies
