  : I am absolutely in love with this apartment! It offers a stunning view for a very fair price. It feels like I hit the jackpot by finding such a gem among the hundreds of accommodation offers available. The apartment is located close to the center, yet it's very peaceful and quiet. The huge windows provide a great view and a lot of natural light reflected from the river (no direct sunlight during the day), but the roof of the building below ensures privacy from the street. It's just perfect! Additionally, the apartment is equipped with everything you might need, from a dishwasher to all the necessary cleaning supplies.
  : The heating system (or water supply system?) is very noisy and woke me up at night multiple times.

  : Cons:No natural ventilation apart from a small gap on the front window so flat gets really warm easily.The stand alone fan provided makes the same noise as an airplane about to take off so I had to get noise cancelling headphones to sleep.There are 2 leaks in the roof and it actually rains inside the flat which I was first told they knew nothing about it to eventually been made aware they know about the issue which has been happening for years due to ill fitted roof. After waiting for a week and much chasing they agreed to refund me one night minus 25 for housekeeping.Very old, over used scratchy towels provided. I asked the housekeeper if I could have new ones and was told thats all they had for guests.Had to turn radiator on as the temperatures started to lower in the evenings alongside the rainfalls and woke up one morning with a radiator cover dislodged falling towards the main floor to ceiling windows which could have caused it to shatter.Housekeeping only on stays over 3 nights at 25 per stay not specified when booking is made.Housekeeper knocked once at the locked door then let herself in without any notice. I was recovering from a surgery in bed and didnt appreciate the invasion of privacy having a stranger simply unlocking the door to let themselves in.No smart TV so I couldnt plug my fire stick or connect to my Netflix/Prime account.

  : Very beautiful view. Easy instructions on self check in.
  : Very, very stiff bed that my wife didn't like.We were going to use the washing machine on our last day before we flew to Terceira island, but when i opened the machine i was hit in the face with extreme mold smell, and in the rubber water trap by the door there was white floating mold in a stale puddle of water, and black mold on the bottom of the puddle, i took a piece of tissue and drained the water and put the machine on a cycle with soap in hopes of removing the smell, but it did not go away, so we did not use the washing machine in fear of our clothes being contaminated with the smell of mold inside of the machine :(. We ended upp ferrying our dirty clothes to Terceira and walking 20 minutes from our hotel there to a local laundromat in order to clean our clothes.
