  : We arrived earlier than the start of check-in and were allowed to enter the parking lot. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, she took care of all formalities in seconds. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is a big advantage. The tram stop is close by, which can take you to the center of Vienna in 20 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.
  : Unfortunately, the room was not as good as we expected. We got a courtyard room, which had the problem that there was noise until 11 pm due to the loud guests in the restaurant in the courtyard. There was also a problem with cleanliness, spider webs in many places, the bottom of the shower curtain was moldy, there was not even a single glass in the room. There was no towel rail, just a hanger. There was no air conditioning in this room, it was very hot, there was a fan, but it didn't help much.

  : We liked the restaurant and the food, I think this is one of the strongest points of the Fabrik. The room was simple, but clean and as expected. We recommend if you're staying on this side of Wien.
  : We had some hassle with duplicate charge of our credit card, but it turned out it was a mistake and fortunately everything was solved to our convenience.
