  : The address and the name on booking is not the same as in reality (which is Cityhotel Vienna Arion, Hintschiggasse 1), which took us some times to figure out. No kettle in rooom.

  : The room we settled had no working tv, no working phone, no working refrigerator. I visited reception several times (due to unavailability of room phone) and complained about these issues. First he said "i will try to change your room", but a few seconds later he said "no room available". I said "please call someone to fix" and he said "i found an available room for you". I visited my current room and collected all the stuff, my family members (2 kids and wife) and arrived at the new room. The new room had no refrigerator/minibar (like a joke) and it was a combination of one single room with beds although the current room had two rooms separately and a kitchen. I visited the reception again and dropped the new room key without discussing anything since i understood that this hotel and the staff is not capable of fixing my problems with the room.Note: The pictures that i saw on the internet are not so close to the real pictures, be aware of this.I had asked for slippers but the hotel does not have slippers for the guests.

  : The wifi is terrible. We cannot connect to the internet during the stay. Some one took our car slot in the garage. We tried to ask the help from the staff, but he was not willing to help. He asked me to find a slot on the street.
