  : Nothing to say because we were so upset and tired during the time staying this apartment. Dont recommend for sure, if you want you can try and it will be on your risk honestly.
  : When we enter the master room, there were water on the floor, we thought its because of some left on cleaning. Then we found out soon it wasnt, the air-conditioning in the room leaked its water and the water was all over the floor and it run so noisy as it was nearly broke down. The other room, air-conditioning had no signal and broke at the beginning. So, whole apartment just 1 air-conditioning still working, it was so hot especially this time is summer. You couldnt reach the property assistants till 9:00AM in the morning either phone or email. They just works on standard hours only, if anything happen urgently it will be on your own dealing on non-standard hours. The second day of mine, they told me the maintenance guy will come to fix both air-conditioning but when we came back at afternoon, the problem was the same, they came but couldnt fix it. They failed in fixing but just assumed that they did, then at that night whole my family couldnt sleep because it was too hot. I couldnt reach them because it was out of standard hours again. We are tourist, we come and stay in a short time and their reasons to explain was because it was our bad luck haha as I understood. They wrote email said there are 3 splits rooms and 2 of them works very well (just 1 of them actually) and it was unfortunately unpredictable. That was a lie as at the first come, I already saw the water on the floor, it means they should know about it but they IGNORED it for the next customer as it was not the problem that can fix just a day. They should replace the new air-conditioning for both of the room as they are all broken. I had child with me, so it was not safe in that apartment with water on the floor. They bring us fan but just 1 fan only, couldnt say anything more about that as I was so upset the way they solved the problem as it couldnt help at all, hot was hot, no air in the those rooms and we just stay 3 nights, we left and the problem still the same till the day we left.

  : The apartment is very nice and big enough for 5 people. I belive that they could have invest at better quality beds and sofa because the weren't very sturdy. The information they give you before check in are very good and help you find the apartment easy.
  : The quality of beds and sofa, also some maintenance needed in the bathroom. When we checked in the TV wasn't working ( the cleaners should have checked from before) and though the did send a maintenance man the next day they told us is not working and didn't do anything to change the TV during our stay. With a baby I needed the TV to keep her entertained when we go to relax also as I said this should be seen before our check in and be dealt with.
