: Location was great. Hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well prepared and thought. There was even some snacks and coffee in the kitchen for us. We will definitely stay in the same apartment when we go back to Venice.

: Services in Venice. Getting tickets or passes to enter Venice was unnecessarily complicated for no good reason.

: It has lots unique detailed decoration which I like. Lots space. Location is great! The information they sent is very clear and easy to understand with the whatsup video. Easy communication with staff via messages.
: The shower head is too small and isnt powerful, not very easy to clean yourself. And the position of the shower head is difficult to adjust and the shower screen on the bath doesnt stop the water coming out on the floor. So every time using the shower the bathroom was flooded. Its very annoying.

: Great location, shower has lots of hot water and is easy to use, spacious apartment although second bedroom is small, very quiet as it is in a private small courtyard, near many restaurants and shops.
: Many stairs to the apartment with no elevator.

: The property is in a good location, just a short walk from the busier, more tourist orientated parts of the city. This is a good thing as its less busy and less noisy. Inside, everything is provided, the beds clean and comfortable, and there are enough comfortable chairs in the living room. We also had a personal problem during our stay and the agents were very helpful giving us the information we needed. Much appreciated.
: The property is quite cluttered with stuff. Quite unnecessary in a holiday let. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not properly clean. As we were charged 100 for cleaning we felt this could have been better. Neither of these things is a deal breaker, but could easily be addressed by the owners, or their agents.
