  : The property was close, well presented, staff were friendly, good choice of breakfast
  : Not a criticism, more of a suggestion the robes were one size, could have been bigger. I didnt mind the shared bathroom, however unless we checked the door was unlocked we were unsure if it was occupied or not

  : Great location, easy to walk everywhere in Venice and less than 10 minute walk from station. Comfortable bed, room good size. Breakfast basic but ok. Great suggestion from Viola to eat downstairs at Trattoria di Mimmo, service, food and prices great.

  : Excellent location and communication for the check-in process. Staff friendly on arrival and showed us the room and carried bag. The fridge and kettle in the room was very welcome.
  : The room was dirty with debris and lots of dirt under the bed on arrival. The room was very basic, the furniture was shabby and missing various handles (there is no excuse for this, even in a '15th century palace'). The breakfast was very basic, lacking fresh pastries. A toaster and fresh bread would be better than rather hard bread rolls.
