  : We loved the location and our room had a window which opened onto a canal. We were able to watch gondolas/hear singers/take photos from the room. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Everything was quite clean and in working order. A welcome bottle of champagne was provided. Complimentary slippers as well! Although it was pricey we were able to arrange for a water taxi to pick us up at the water gate of the hotel and bring us to the train station. We had a great ride through the Grand Canal. Highly recommend versus toting luggage over bridges unless you've been smart to pack very lightly.
  : The bathroom was bright and a decent size with two sinks, but the shower did not drain well. We mentioned the problem but it wasn't addressed so far as we could tell. Also, we hadn't noticed the building didn't have an elevator when we booked. It was challenging and there was no assistance available.

  : Lovely room with canal view ! Loved watching the gondolas go past .. Good location once you get your bearings ! 5 mins walk to cafes etc Water taxi dropped us directly at door ! Great staff , easy check in great info Three flights of stairs , fine for us . Would defo return if back in Venice !

  : The location of this accomodation really can't get any better. With immediate views of the canal and access to the main streets of Venice it really can't be beaten.

  : The hotel is beautiful designed and crafted, and located in the San Marco area of Venice, a short walk from St. Mark's Square. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. The hotel smells lovely and there's a kitchen area with ice and buckets for wine, as well as lots of tea, and coffee replenishments. There's a lovely canal view from the stylishly decorated rooms as well. Although a very high quality hotel, it doesn't have the amenities of a larger hotel so is very much a lovely room with a small fridge, lovely bathroom and tea/coffee making, in a great location - which was perfect for our needs, but may not suit others.
