  : Good location, helpful staff, small but very comfortable bed and pillow and everything was clean. The reception is not always open but that was not a problem at all. Plenty of plugs and a nice area outside the room to sit and eat takeaway food if you want to. Appreciated the tea corner with everything you needed in the room. Also they have a water and a coffee machine on the ground floor.
  : It gets a little noisy during the night if the windows look over the street and the bathroom could use a little update.

  : Lovely place with a beautifully decorated room, makes you feel you travelled in time. Location is also great, being 5 minutes away from the bus stop and right in tart of Venice
  : It was very expensive, Venice in general is, but even though the place was nice, the price was a bit excessive, through my trip I stayed in as god as, or better ones for a better price

  : The location was fantastic.
  : BED BUGS!! I saw a big bed bug crawling on my pillow. And a tiny baby one on my sheet. When I checked out the next morning, I told staff at the front desk and the lady was quick to dismiss me and tried telling me it was a wood bug. Even though I had PROOF in a short video I showed her. I asked for the name of the wood bug and pulled out my phone to Google it, and she said she would send me the name of the bug later as she couldn't remember the name. When I was sent the picture of the wood bug later it looked nothing like the bed bug I saw. I've worked at hotels, I know what bed bugs look like. I had sent a message to booking.com that night when I found the bed bug, and when I went to check out the lady at the desk said she had already replied to booking.com lying to them the issue was resolved when they hadn't even inspected the room yet. I messaged the property sending them the proof I had and asked if they could give me any kind of refund. They said they would refund me for 1 night if the inspection came back with no bed bugs. I followed up with the hotel asking for inspection results and they said they did the inspection but showed no proof at all and haven't given a refund. Bed bugs aren't a hotel faults, but how the situation is handled and how you treat the customer about it matters, and this hotel failed terribly. Also the room is not soundproof at all, you can hear people outside, in the hallways and even when they are walking and talking in room above.

  : The worst two nights I spent in my life. The bed was dirty. The reception by the Indian person was very bad, especially when he noticed that I was a Muslim and wore the hijab. I felt like I wasted my money, and the most important thing was the cleanliness of the bed. Until the second night, when I spoke to a lady who was on duty, the bed sheets were changed
