  : The location is wonderful, 5 min to Piazza San Marco. The apartment is two-storey. One bedroom is on the first floor, two other bedrooms on the second floor. Every bedroom has its bathroom.
  : The linen in one bed was dirty with stains. The cutlery was used and wasn't washed. I wrote to the owner but didn't get the response. We were told to keep the windows closed for our safety because the apartment was robbed lately.

  : Property had plenty of room for the 7 of us and was in a great location. The communication from the owner and the helper to check in and stay was excellent.
  : All 7 of us woke up with an odd red, itchy rash that we believe were bed bugs but not definite? it was not coincidence that we all got the same itchy rash at the same time.

  : Location was great for exploring. Plenty of space for our family of 63 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!!!
  : Needs a really good cleaning! Mold in downstairs shower is out of hand (most should come off with a good scrub!). Upstairs bathrooms are pretty decent but could still use a good cleaning. Theres a strong sewage smell downstairs any time water is run (showers/tubs & toilets flush) or tub is drained. Very unpleasant. Door doesnt easily open and shut, but not horrible. Socket downstairs had exposed wiring as it was hanging off the wall. **BEWARE, pictures are of who knows which rental! Our 3 bedroom looked nothing like that! If mold overgrowth and sewage smell werent there, I wouldve gave this place a better rating. It is a good location and has potential to be great!

  : We arrived tired and had no address from there. We went to the address that was on the booking site and we searched for hours in the back alleys of Venice and couldn't find it. This problem is caused both by the owner of the house who gave the wrong address and by the booking site. We were not satisfied at all

  : When we eventually got into the property we found it to be comfortable & convenient.
  : I am an elderly women using a walking stick & had a terrible time finding the appartment! The address given by booking .com was vague and my familym & I walked for about 2 hours trying to find the property. We were lucky that a friendly Ukraine lady heard my family speaking Polish which she understood. She stopped to help. rang another phone number I had & was told to go to a hotel to check in. WHY COULDN'T THIS HAVE BEEN ON THE INSTRUCTIONS. the front door was very hard to lock & we were only given 1 key for a groujp of 5 people.

  : Great location. The apartment is spacious and all the rooms are big. We booked this place for its location and the number of rooms as we are five traveling and would like to have a common space.
  : The kitchen facilities are very old. There are even leftovers from previous users in the microwave. We only use the kitchen to boil some water, so it does not bother us much. Overall cleanness SHOULD be better.
