  : Didnt have any milk or Whitener for the tea and didnt get replacement tea bags or fresh cups for making more than one cuppa

  : Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom nice too. Breakfast was simple and absolutely sufficient on a very pretty roof terrace. The location is great for accessing all parts of Venice . If we go back to Venice we would return to this little B&B.

  : Beautiful property and great room. Very comfortable and well located
  : Very little actually. They had a beautiful patio where to have breakfast. It was so typical Italy and we really enjoyed having breakfast there.Also had a nice sitting area just outside the lobby. Only problem is mosquitos and small biting bugs were killers! Dont know if this is typical for Venice because of the water since we really had no problems in Sicily or Milan. We would have enjoyed a glass of wine outside at the end of our day in this beautiful setting but couldnt because of the bugs. Was the ONLY issue there. Wonder if there was a way to spray for the bugs or maybe offer anti insect towelettes one could use, because we really missed not being able to sit outside and enjoy the patios. Not a deal breaker and would gladly go back! Claudia at breakfast was fantastic and really made you feel at home.

  : Location was very good. The staff was very friendly, until when we had to leave / didn't realize we had to give them our itinerary of when we were leaving. There is a tourist tax, which we didn't know about either which was why they weren't happy with us leaving early in the AM to catch our flight because we wouldn't have been able to pay the tourist tax, which was 12.
  : The shower was awful, there was this curtain on the window that just stuck to you the entire time when you tried to shower. Just didn't feel clean in the room, it was very outdated, the breakfast wasn't good other than the cappuccino / coffee, and fruit. The key they give you with the room number is huge, not easy to just carry around. No good view of Venice out the windows, and a decent amount of mosquitos in our room... we were here for 3 nights, and learned Venice should be a day trip.. and paying $600+ to stay here was entirely overpriced.. no idea why this was rated so high..

  : Quiet location away from the crowds - yet close to important sites and to bus and train station. Lovely breakfast terrace.
  : Wifi rather weak in bedroom.

  : It would be nicer to have tow chairs for a double room.
