  : Location was great, although it wasn't easy to find! The only place the hotel name was shown was on the bell. Could have done with better directions and a more visible sign showing the hotel name,

  : Location was very convenient and out of the way of food traffic. Our hosts were very prompt answering questions of which we had many.
  : We didn't right away see the wifi code on the note in the lobby, perhaps it could be left in the room.

  : The location was not far from the SM Del Giglio Taxi pier. Just two bridges to cross. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to book a private taxi for me to take me to the bus station. Centrally located. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. 10 minute walk to St. Marks Square. Hotel is very safe and secure. Large bolt on door and only other guests had access. Beds were comfortable. Has an A/C unit. Our bottom floor opened up to the lobby, which we used as an extension to our room.
  : Part time staff. The desk manager was only there to check you in and out. However, I was able to reach him by telephone as needed. The safe did not work. Batteries were dead. However, I felt everything in the room was safe from theft and didn't need/use it.
