  : Rooms need renovating and too hot. Aircon did not work. Pools closed and the open ones too cold and crowded. Most of the hot beds were not working. Many people were complaining. No compensation given.

  : Staff on the receptions was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious with wide variety of food. Spa facilities are one of the best in the town.
  : Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, dirty worn-out carpets. Leaking faucets in the bathrooms, clogged shower cabin and they weren't restocking enough toiletries. The facilities need tons of Maintenace's work .

  : The expectations are mixed. Location is great. The rest is doubtful. One can see that the place has seen better times. Bit overpriced for current condition of everything. Bed was great on one side. Breakfast was fine, but dinner was not cooked o.k. so one had to choose between several dishes to match what was fine. The place has enough pools & facilities, but not enough loungers for all the people - no matter which place you choose to try.
  : The pools were dirty, especially the outside & all cold pools in spa were with absolute dirty water. Some of the cabins were not cleaned for ages. After the rain there was sewer smell in some of the facilities - that did not go for two days. Although the car was registered for the parking - probably "free parking" is in the mud on the next street. The WiFi - was absolute disaster - several WiFi hot spots, low speed and bad coverage. In our room - no WiFi at all. It was overall too hot in the hotel as the air-conditioning could not manage all the people. We had an air conditioner in our room, but our friends did not and had to sleep on open windows. The bath is overall tiny for such hotel and there was water leak from somewhere.
