  : The room was clean and comfortable. The view was great. The restaurant was big enough so that even though there were a lot of guests, we were always able to find a table. The free parking is also always a plus.
  : The SPA was great, but too noisy for my taste, because some of the guests were speaking loudly on their phones and were using their loudspeakers, even though there were a lot of signs asking them to keep quiet and not use their phones. This is definitely not the staff's fault, but my suggestion would be to have someone from the staff to keep an eye for rule breaking in the SPA zone. Also, please take down the creepy clown picture from the stairwell to the SPA, it's not relaxing at all

  : The pools are fabulous
  : My husband ate at the buffet twice and was very sick the next day both times. They were not consecutive days. The reception staff did not take this seriously when it is a very serious issue. They said it was a virus. They are not doctors and a gastroentiritis caused by a virus does not appear, disappear then reappear. It was clearly food poisoning and very clear that the hotel didn't care.

  : Very quiet. Staff were friendly and polite and answered all our questions.
  : I had read many good reviews online and I guess my expectations were a bit too high, based on other people's opinion and the price we paid. Nothing was wrong but everything was just "good/okay". I think the swimming pools need a bit of TLC. Also, I'd expect more meal options in the buffet, shampoo, shower gels and body lotions in the rooms (not just 2 in 1 shampoo + shower gel), better quality towels and nice slippers for the SPA rather than DIY paper-like flip flops. Of course, this is just me comparing it to other spa hotels that I've stayed at, within the same price range. In general, none of the details mentioned above affected our stay and we had a nice and relaxing time there. The cleaning team are superb - very quick and efficient.

  : The service was excellent, with a great location, great staff, breakfast was very good so was lunch. You have all the standard spa facilities and more.
  : Spa facilities need a bit of maintenance, a fallen tile here and there, or jets in need of repair. It is still a very good experience and it was clean and well maintained. PS for a person with a herniated disc, the beds could be a bit uncomfortable.

  : This place came highly recommended and is popular with Bulgarians, but by western standards this place was frankly odd. The vibe wasnt particularly friendly. They first tried to give us a room where the toilet was leaking all over the floor from the base. They moved us to a room that was comfortable after that. The place wasnt tranquil as you would want or hope from a spa experience. The indoor pool facilities were crowded and again, odd and not relaxing. The spa itself was thick with cigarette smoke, was noisy and another odd experience. The massage practitioner had no formal training and only slapped around oil (of unknown content and quality). For a deep tissue massage, no muscles were actually touched, the massage was only faster making friction and oil the only difference from other massages that were also failing in actually being claimed as a massage. For the rest of the hotel, the cigarette smell was everywhere or offensive over fragranced room fresheners, but thats Bulgaria. The lobby staff had very strong body odor, the spas and pools closed early, the interior design was gaudy, the artwork was creepy and the location was non plus. It was on the edge of town where to get there Google maps takes the efficient route on the edge of town which takes you through the poor section of town and past a massive graveyard. Parking lot is amazingly small and cramped for the hotel size. Not the most idealized spa experience.
