  : It looked very cool on the pictures. And the location is quite great, close to bus stations and city centre. AC works. Staff can be nice if they want to. It is as clean as it can be based on the state of things.They let us have an early check-in, which was very helpful. And my friend forgot her charger and they lent her one for the wntire stay.
  : Reality is quite different from the pictures. Everything is in a bad shape, from the furniture to the walls. Pod no. 10 had a celling air-conditioning fan, which had something brown/grey splashed from it on the walls near above the pillow. And pictures can't show smell - inside it smells of mold and everything is quite damp. They are 'fixing' this problem with running the AC at all times and keeping the windows and also front doors open most of the time, but clearly, it doesn't solve it. I don't think breathing the air is safe for longer periods. The upper floor is a bit better. Sheets are very worn out (but washed).!! There are no lockers, and the front doors are unlocked 75% of the time (you do get a key). At the reception, they give you this weird feeling of safety and that sometimes it happens that the doors are locked but very rarely. And the reception is across the road so there is no one present in the hostel at all times. Facilities are without safety cameras, as we learned later.Story time: We left some valuables there when going to the beach (still seemed as a better idea), and they got stolen (it was a few hour window). It was only from us two that arrived that morning. Someone looked through everything we had left there (clothes, cosmetics, backpack). After telling this to the recetionist and manager, they had brushed it off that it never happened before and we should look for them better. (We felt unsafe there the whole time. It really does have a weird vibe.) After returning from the police station, they were nice enough to let us stay in their hotel across the street for the same price, which had someone at the reception at all times and locks on the doors.

  : The idea was nice on the website. But poorly executed.
  : We checked-in and went to sleep only to find out they hadn't changed the beds. The next day I was full of bed bug bites. The rooms stink horribly and they're moist from the showers.

  : I liked when I finally ran away at the middle of the night.
  : It's a horror place. I ended up running away and calling the police. There were about 3 shady people who are definitely not travelers. Maybe locals maybe from some other russian-like speaking country. They were extremely noisy, shouting and talking in a very strong and scary voice, listening to some really lunatic songs very loud, spitting, coughing, smoking something super heavy in the window, then smoking the same disgusting thing IN THE bed next to me. This dodgy man was also making some animal like noises and kept chewing aggressively something all the time and murmuring aggressively in himself and making me suffocate from the thick smoke in the room. I think he was also masturbating, not sure but it was super scary. Maybe he was taking some drugs, or he was out of his mind or both. But he seemed to know the owner. I was super scared and took all my strength and packed my backpack quietly and walked away very fast. While I passed his bed he was laying there naked but I didn't see what was going on there as I was in a rush. All my clothes and backpack was full of heavy smoke and as I left the building i called the police and reported this craziness. How can such place operate as a hostel?? I drove to a peaceful place near Varna and slept a few hours in my rental car. Worst night ever.
