  : The apartment was spacious enough, but the view of the lake is only from one bedroom and from the kitchen. The location was just amazing, i feel like we paid for the location mainly, it was 5 minutes to walk to the ferry in Varenna, so convenient! All nice places in Varenna were super close, glad that we paid extra and stayed here instead of up the mountain somewhere.
  : Good apartment but it was too cold in there when we visited in April, we managed to heat it up with the aircon/heater but we were struggling to get the right temperature. Also we were worried that we would run out of toilet paper. Also no bottled water was included and it was hard to find in the evening, there was only a laundromat place with machines that charged 9 eur per 0,25l bottle, in the end we convinced a pizzeria to sell 0,5l bottles to us.

  : Location was good. Air conditioning was way too cold.
  : Air conditioning. We were freezing. Had to continually contact owner through WhatsApp but he made out we didnt know what we were doing. We actually did but the air conditioners were not sufficient to warm the unit. Summer would be okay, maybe!

  : We liked the central location and it provided private car parking that we had to pay. The lake view from this deluxe apartment was great. We liked the fact that it is at ground level, easy access with luggage.
  : The first bedroom has two area rugs beside the bed to cover-up "glass" as part of the floor and one was completely shattered so when walking on the rug it will keep breaking, it was very dangerous, and we needed to move to the second bedroom. Water temperature, the water heater is too inefficient for this apartment, to have decent water temperature AT THE SHOWER was needed to have another faucet open for the heater to elevate the temperature. When we complained to your Key manager he indicated that we needed to talk to the owner,

  : it was by far the worst room we got in a month long Italy trip.
  : The first thing we noticed when entering the room was the terrible smell it had. It is also important to add that we saw the cleaning man arrive 10 minutes before our checkin time. When we tried to contact the owner, he barely responded, and treated us with disrespect (told us to open the window, "it is a nice evening"). The shower ran out of hot water after 15 min.We later noticed that the bad smell comes espacially from the bed and it having stains. After not recieving any help from the owner ( he told me it's strange without adding anything else), we decieded to leave the room asking for a partial refund. The owner only told us that we are disrespecting him and blocked us without offering any help. I strongly reccommend spanding a few more euros on hotels nearby and avoiding this place at all cost.
