  : They didnt provide me the towels and pillow covers. As soon as I found that I suddenly informed their staff. They replied me but they couldnt do anything, just asking me to call their local team. I dont know why they cant contact their local team by themselves. I couldnt make a phone call because of no internet for calling (only data internet). I had to ask the staff of the other hotel to call for me in another day. That means I had to use my pyjamas in stead of the towels and brought my used clothes to cover the pillows at the first night. It was a nightmare for my family. The price we paid is not cheap. Unluckily me!!!!!!!

  : The apartment was large for the 4 of us with plenty of room. a fully functioning kitchen was helpful. The location was great in Varenna.

  : Check in was 4pm but the apartment was not clean. we had to wait until 6pm. No hot water, no hand towels and no tea towels.

  : The location is great. Love the little views from the bedrooms and especially the shared deck. Plenty of storage.
  : 10 am check out time. Why not make the 10 x 10 ft viewing deck exceptional? Put an awning on the canopy and a few more chairs on the deck. The bedrooms are "dormer" style so you can't stand up on the outskirts of the bedroom due to the low ceiling.

  : The apartment was in a very good location, was very well equipped and very clean and very spacious. There was a very nice welcome pack on arrival and the views of the lake from the living area were beautiful. It's a very lovely apartment.
  : The main problem we had was finding the apartment from the information provided. There were no instructions for people arriving by ferry (the directions provided were for people driving). There was a google map reference provided which we used to plan our walk from the ferry to the apartment. This proved to be inaccurate and we were unable to find the apartment and spent a very long time looking for it which was very stressful. The lockbox was also very difficult to open and we had to find help to open it. All this was very disappointing and didn't provide a good start to our holiday.

  : Parking was difficult/not super clear in the instructions so thats the only negative about this property. You cant park on site you have to drive to find free parking. Also no soap provided to wash any dishes??
