: The location was perfect. I've stayed in the area many times but the views from the terrace and balcony were breathtaking. The property was very peaceful and quiet most of the time. Even though work was being carried out a short distance away. I kept asking myself if it was worth the price. It was the location and views that convinced me.
: Some things need attention. Overall needs a bit of a revamp considering the price. Pool was not cleaned at all during stay and by the end of the stay the water was going murky. Outside furniture looked shabby. It looks as if it may be going through a possible upgrade soon, as work has taken place around the property.

: Do you mean the welcome hamper ? If so, excellent. The view was fabulous as was the position, the furniture, equipment, air conditioning and pool. We only required the services of the maid once. Even better, the fabulous Lourdas Beach below us was a 5 minute walk. The approach to the villa was beautifully planted with Oleander, Lantana, Bougainvillea etc., and our car was parked under the shade of a lemon tree. The books left were a good touch and we added to them. Having loaded up with essential starters from Lidl near Argostoli en route from the airport, we then bought our supplies from Petros in Lourdhata, which had everything including fresh Baklava and Kateiffi (?) and Robola wine. No need to go anywhere else.
: There was no internet even though we had to telephone Unique 3 times to ask for it, and it was never installed. My daughter needed this for her contacts. There was also no road map provided, which would have saved wasted time trying to explore. We would have liked a Visitors' Book with comments and tips on various local Tavernas, shops and wines so that the owner could also enjoy guests' opinions. 4 cats regarded the estate as theirs, with some kittens, but caused no problem once they realised that we were not inviting them in or feeding them. One was seen drinking from the edge of the infinity pool which is probably the attraction. We are cat lovers but people who aren't would be unhappy. Finally, this villa is very expensive compared to, say, a fortnight in the Caribbean so I hesitate to recommend it too freely at that price.
