  : The location was very good and Avi was very nice.
  : The room we rented was a converted garage and needs to be improved. The appliances were old and tired looking. The TV did not include any local channels. The bathroom grungy and the closet contained a dresser which blocked the use for hanging clothing. The other 2 rooms were more presentable but the one that we rented was not worth the price.

  : Unit was very clean.The kitchenette had everything that one needed to make meals.Location was quiet with garden in tge back. Host Avi was excellent in communicating before check in and offered assistance if we needed it.
  : We needed two beds and the sofa bed that pulled out was a little uncomfortable after two nights. Two very small chairs at the little table to eat at. Labels about products in the shower were confusing.

  : Avi is a great host -- personable, friendly, informed and not intrusive -- and the location is convenient and secure. The (shared) back yard is a big plus.
  : The description of our room was a bit exaggerated. It was not a suite but a studio, and everything -- bed, chairs, bathroom -- was a bit smaller than one might have imagined. Other rooms are a bit more spacious.

  : I had nothing I liked there! It felt like we were cheated!
  : The place is really bad! Not recommended from any category! Not clean, bath has stains, very old house, small towels which don't get dry (low quality), the owner didn't even put a soap in the bathroom. We had only 1 toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days! No place to sit, kitchen is terrible, we didn't even drink water, as the glasses were dirty and each one different the the other. We counted the hours to leave! NOT RECOMMENDED and very disappointing! The owner should renovate, put nice sheets (the color of the sheets are kind of light yellow which gives another aspect of old place), closets are old and the smell is so bad!

  : This is a lovely little apartment with a beautiful back yard with figs and lemons for the taking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was very easy to access. The property was simple but very nice.
