  : The location was great, the bed was comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe.
  : Not one thing was actually clean. When we arrived it was straight up dirty, no towels, no toilet paper, fridge full of opened used food, dirt and hair on the couch and bed, and it reeked of cigarettes. The booking manager was helpful and apologetic, but it never got fully clean. Personal items were in closets and drawers. Im sympathetic to staffing issues and slip ups, but it got more strange.. The day after we checked in, my credit card stopped working. LAPD came to the door a few days later searching for the person who's name was on the personal items in the house, thinking they would find her there, and told us to contact the bank immediately to investigate financial fraud/scams. Booking manager told us it was about a vandalism issue but that didn't line up with what the police told us. I still have no access to my bank account. Im unclear as to what was really going on but there was zero explanation.
