: We enjoyed the decor of the room and hallway a lot. Also, the street it's very good looking and the location is easy to reach and so close to the main streets. The room was wonderfully designed, the bed was comfy. We loved the small balcony which led to the street. In the night, you can see the sky full of stars, and it's very quite, though it's somehow central.
: We stayed on the 4th floor. And the bathroom was outside the room, though private.

: It is a beautiful boutique hotel with lovely friendly feeling about it .Beautifully decorated and so so clean .
: The only down side is there is no lift but good breaks on the staircase for stoppages on the way up . And I am sure if you needed there us help with your luggage also .

: Location, clean, historic building Staff in bistro next door were very kind and helpful
: Reception isnt manned. You are sent a code for entry to the hotel and another for the room. No lift, room on 4th floor, no good if you are not fit or have mobility issues. Bathroom not ensuite, although private. No storage in bathroom for toiletries. No welcome information in the room. Cancellation policy-awful. 100% if you cancel less than 6 weeks before stay.

: Wonderful location, central but without being especially noisy. Large room. Cute displays in common areas, better than some museums! Everywhere very clean.
: None of the following bothered us personally but here are some observations that might help other travellers. The stairs to the room are very steep. Our room was on the fourth floor. The bathroom door would stick in a half open position, so you needed to be careful not to walk into it. Some attention to a few small details would make the room even better. For example, a shelf in the shower to be able to put your soap, etc. would be very welcome. Also, a chair in the room would be nice.

: Fire emergency light kept coming on in the middle of the night, illuminating the entire room. Like a scene from paranormal activity
