  : Great location for sights of Valencia, parking nearby but very expensive.
  : Old, converted bank (?) on very busy road junction, despite electric shutters, the windows were old and ill fitting making sleep almost impossible because of traffic noise. Earplugs were provided so maybe a few other complaints?? Maybe a warning on your site to pay up for a room at the back!

  : The room did not have any windows so the lights needed to be on day and night. We were on a 3 night break and every morning there was someone drilling and banging at 7.30/7.45am.

  : This is a cheap option for a stay in Valencia. No reception, all done without personal contact. All works well. Rooms big. Location great.

  : The size of the room was great and very pleasant. Size of the bed was good and quite comfortable. Loved the big window over looking the park. The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower, hot water and a hair dryer. The location is the reason I chose this place in the first place, great access to town. The self check in /check out was very easy, no issues at all with that.
  : I did read reviews before I chose to stay, which mentioned issues with noise and indeed there was constant noise from above. Lots of banging and scrapping of furniture. Lucky we were only staying for one night and we were very tired so we slept. I understand from previous reviews that there is a school or something above, I'm not sure but either way the noise was the biggest let down of our stay and I know the owner is unable to do anything about this as this is how things are living in a block of flats, you never know who your neighbours are. As long as you can put up with the noise, you'll be fine. The coffee machine was a nice touch, but it hadn't been cleaned properly and owning a nespresso machine I am able to tell the difference between a clean and a dirty machine. The coffee tasted burnt unfortunately. The room layout could do with some tweaking like the table and chair should be placed near natural lighting and should have a mirror to do make up, in our room this was placed furthest away facing your back to the window. A table and chairs would be nice by the big window to enjoy a morning coffee and watch people going about their business. The floor could be renewed as this was in poor condition, bits missing and flaking away.

  : Cant believe the location was so good and the Bed was so comfortable the only downside we had which wasnt the accommodations Fault a noisy group came in one night however this didnt spoil our break and we would have No hesitation in Booking again if ever coming back to Valencia
  : I thought that they could have provided a City map the type you get Free at Hotels in the city we managed ok with our IPhones however a paper map would have been better!

  : The location is good: the metro (to the airport) and the old town are within walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants and breakfast bars on the doorstep. My room (111) was very large but sparsely furnished (no sitting area).
  : I don't know how you can call the 2nd floor of an apartment block a 3-star hotel (without a reception)? The self-check-in on a screen didn't work because the display was "worn out". After 20 min. I called the hotline, it was 11.40 pm by then. It was a central office for the whole of Spain, which checked me in remotely. You have to manage three "keys": one for the front door, a code for the flat door and a card for the room. It was very noisy, as it were actually the thin room walls of a large flat. The room doors had glass inserts which were taped off so that not so much light came in. Because of the parquet floor, you could hear every (wheeled suitcase) arriving or leaving, even at night. Also the clattering of the maids from 8 o'clock. The rooms are more lived-in than they look in the photos. The other tenants/owners of the block were not thrilled about the constant coming and going of tourists.
