  : Location of the apartment is superb, 10-minutes walk to the centre, 15-minutes to Turia Park. You can even walk to Oceanographic which is around 45 minutes walk through Turia - very nice walk. But there are also bus stops nearby, definitely recommend using buses instead of metro. They are cheap and city is beautiful. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries literally around every corner - very affordable too. Apartment is very spacious, well equipped and also clean. We felt very comfortable using it. You can find almost everything for the basic needs including the washing machine. We could leave our luggage at the office 10 minutes walk from the apartment which was really nice. Great value for the money, location is truly exceptional and it is great for couples as well as for the families with kids.
  : Apartment can be quite noisy. It is located above the restaurant so there was a lot of noise especially on Friday and Saturday night well pass midnight - only in bedroom, living room is very quiet. Walls seems to be thin so you can hear also the neighbours - it was no problem in our stay as the other accomodated guests were quiet. The floor in the apartment was swept but not washed, so it was not quite clean. We didnt feel very comfortable walking bare foot without slippers. The shower has seen better days but it was OK.

  : Perfect location, to get to everything in Valencia. Very clean studio. A couple of drinks waiting for us in the fridge! Great communication from hosts, checking we had arrived and answering queries immediately.
  : This was a loft studio apartment on the 1st floor, not a loft apartment on top floor which I was expecting (lost in translation) There isnt an extractor fan in bathroom, so room quite damp. Noisy kitchen opposite!
