  : Very little lighting in room. They cancelled my reservation then charged me their rates when I arrived

  : The customer service was friendly and welcoming. The size of the room was great.
  : I was in room 110, the windows are not properly sealed, someone was standing outside the windows smoking marijuana and the smell and smoke came into the room. As well as around 3:30 am I awoke to the room smelling like a fire in the building. I found a car idling outside and the fumes were seeping into the room.

  : They asked for a $100 cash deposit, which made me uneasy. I never had this request before. I refused to pay this, and after a call to the manager, it was waived. The room was fine it needed some minor repairs... towel rack.. running towel. Staff was pleasant and the little deck was nice.

  : Friendly and communicative front desk attendant. Sheets and comforter were warm.
  : No hot water (not even warm) in the shower; impossible to bathe comfortably. Left note requesting partial refund; no response. No fitness center or breakfast. Smell of cigarettes despite non-smoking; became worse when heater turned on. Dirty elevator.

  : Room smelled like mold. There was mold by the vents and you could see where they spray painted the vent to cover it up. There was trash by the bed and under the table. The TV did not work and half the lamps did not work as well.

  : The room was clean. The bed appeared to be new and the mattress was still in the protective packaging. Every time you moved or rolled over it made a crunching noise due to the plastic. This made sleeping next to impossible.
  : There were constantly homeless people in the parking lot. I also believe to motel is used for short term stays for the homeless population as we were always running into them on the grounds or elevator. The motel was also being remodeled, which I do not remember being mentioned anywhere or we would have stayed somewhere else. There was stuffed piled up outside the entrance and in the hallways. Very unappealing! We did not try breakfast, because there was no reason to think that it would be worth the trouble. If you must stay there, I would recommend the McDonalds next door. I did not feel safe and would not recommend this property. Defiantly not worth the price I paid and would never stay there again.
