  : Located near the baseball stadium, downtown Springfield and the university
  : 40 years ago this was probably the nicest place in town. But the furniture, drapes, carpets, beds etc haven't been updated since. A faded version of its past. And no breakfast!

  : I liked how close it was to the main center "BOK center" it was a good location about in the middle of the city. The only other thing is that the parking is very secure underneath the building.
  : Uhm the hotel didn't have much to eat, the outside pool of the hotel wasn't necessarily outside it was outside of the main hotel but it was indoors an outside enclosure, the hot tub or known as the "spa" wasnt hot at all. The system for the key cards went down the first day we got there. Elevators didn't work as well, as they should have, to even use the elevator going up you have to have your key card for the elevator to work. I don't think they had an ice machine on any floor, you have to look at the rooms alot, one main reason is because when I got there we thought we had a microwave but no, no microwave only a safe, small fridge and a coffee pot that we had to ask coffee for, they eventually moved a microwave into our room when asked for by the Maids. The stairs are really difficult to maneuver if the elevators are down you can use the staff elevator or take the stairs, which the stairs break into two sections a set of stairs go through the lobby and up to the second floor, you then have to go outside to the deck where the pool is and maneuver your way to door against the same wall as the one you just exited and use those flights of stairs. Overall the hotel does not meet basic requirements and standards.

  : Restaurant was very good food and price.
  : The gate to the car garage not working. I had to go inside from the garage 3 times and she finally came out and let us in because it wasnt working. Also barely had a trickle of water in our sink to wash hands. Rust in the tub and without any water pressure I had no shower.

  : Location of the hotel was good. It was downtown and room was what i expected
  : I was the worst stay of my life. While location was good and actual room was ok, people made this experience horrible. I was yelled at by their Sales director (maybe general manager, they used both titles but no names were given). I have never been bullied before but now i know how it feels. I wasn't sure if i should be calling police or just leave. I left. People at front desk were ok, but management shouldn't be in hospitality industry. Besides that, it took 3 days and numerous reminders to get a new remote and to fix electronics in the room, cause everything was tangled up on the floor. Took 2 reminders to fixed the plugged toilet. I have heard same type of complaints from other guests, so not just me. Do yourself a favor, stay away

  : The hotel itself was comfortable. The front desk made no effort to be polite or friendly.
  : Staff had an attitude regarding reservation because it was thru a third party.

  : The staff at the front desk were amazing. They were dealing with a lot of people and got to all of us in the line efficiently and professionally.
  : There were issues with the room. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and the fridge was not working and frozen shut because of a frosting issue. Additionally, the bed sheets, though clean, had lots of hard crusty things on them when I arrived.
