  : The view and the pool was nice, you can use Netflix an ordering DoorDash is pretty easy,
  : The balcony was dirty and had old used cigarettes on the floor, the bathtub had long female hair in it. It seems the house keeper swept all the particles underneath the couch to hide it because it was extremely dirty underneath the couch. There was spider webs (daddy long leg spiders) on the balcony and on the chairs as tho housekeepers just ignored the balcony all together, and staff was slightly rude after the second day of our stay (we stayed for 5 days total) when it came time to check out (12:00) room service entered our room at (10:04) while we were on the balcony… then they began to rush us out the room before it was even (11:30). I ended up leaving the room at (12:30) and at the last min one of the house keepers who was rushing us out told me it’s 25$ per hour! I would have token that charge rather then Being rushed and having a negative reaction while leaving a pleasant resort… I even tipped nicely throughout my stay and didn’t complain to them about the issues my room had instead I fixed it myself so just with that experience alone I will not be returning. Just a piece of advice you should offer that 25$ charge before being rude to your customers that way you can make more $ because I would have extended 3 hours and left the house cleaners a tip had they let me known on the first interaction.

  : Another hotel that adds a mandatory "service fee" for services I don't use instead of being honest and including it in the room charge. Here it is supposed to cover Wifi (no hotel I know charges extra for this) transport to outlying rooms (mine was in the main building) and fitness facilities (which I never use). The receptionist was clueless in explaining this; the supervisor refused to remove the charge. Plus, when I checked in, housekeeping assured the receptionist that my bed had been made with a blanket. It was not and front desk had to bring a blanket to my room at 10.30pm
